What we do
NexFlows builds custom CRMs, iOS and Android apps, websites and WhatsApp (WABA) setups for Malaysian businesses. We do it end to end: a short call to understand how you work, a one-page spec, the build, moving your data, setting up your team and support after you go live. You do not need an IT team.
Loan advisory is our specialism. We also sell a ready-made Loan Advisory CRM for RM 1,000 a month for 20 users. Our customers are loan advisory firms, collections agencies and other small and medium businesses.

How we work
A short call
You tell us how your team works and what slows it down. We start from that, not from a template.
A one-page spec
We write down what we will build, the price and a realistic date, on one page. You read it before you commit to anything.
A 30% deposit to start
You pay 30% to start and the balance when your system goes live. Enterprise builds are billed by milestone, scoped together.
The build
Most systems are live in 1 to 2 weeks from the day the spec is agreed. We move your existing data in for free and set up your team.
After you go live
Adjustments are free for the first month. After that an optional care plan, from RM 250 a month, covers hosting, security updates, fixes and support.
Custom builds start from RM 3,500. All the prices are in the pricing section.
A named client
FM Advisory Sdn. Bhd.
A Malaysian loan advisory agency that runs its leads, calling, cases, agreements and reports on a NexFlows system. We name it with its permission.
What we will not do
Hide our prices or our terms.
Every price is on this site, in the pricing section and the instant quote, and our terms are public.

FM Advisory is named on this site because it agreed. We publish no testimonial we cannot stand behind.
Sell your data.
We do not sell personal data. You can export all your data as CSV at any time, free, and if you leave we delete your data on request. The details are in the privacy policy.
Pretend to be a bank or a lender.
NexFlows is software. We are not a lender, a bank or a licensed financial adviser, and we do not give loan advice.
