Who this page is for
NexFlows is a brand of Dialify Technologies, a company registered in Malaysia (SSM 202503197904 (003754718-A)). Businesses use NexFlows to keep records of their own customers and leads, and to contact them by phone and WhatsApp. This page explains how to ask for personal data to be deleted. It covers three cases.
- You answered a form or messaged a business that uses NexFlows. For example, you filled in a Facebook lead form for a loan advisory firm. That business holds your details in its NexFlows account.
- You work at a business that uses NexFlows, or you wrote to us through our website. We hold your staff account or your enquiry.
- You are an admin who connected a Facebook Page to NexFlows and now want that connection removed.
What a business keeps about its leads
When someone fills in a Facebook lead form, the answers they gave (such as name, phone number, email and any other question on the form) come into the account of the business that ran the ad, together with the names of the ad and the form. The business uses them to follow up. Over time it adds its own notes, messages and documents to the same record.
The business decides what is collected and why. That makes the business the data controller, and NexFlows the processor: we handle those records on the business's instructions.
How to ask for your data to be deleted
Ask the business
The business that ran the ad or form controls your record, so a request to it is the quickest. Use the contact details on its Facebook Page or its website.
Or email us
Write to [email protected] with the subject "Data deletion request". Give your full name, the phone number or email address you used on the form, and the business or ad you answered, if you know it. Without a phone number or email address we may not be able to find your record.
We pass it on and help
If your request reaches us, we pass it to the business that holds the record and help it answer. To make sure nobody else can have your record deleted, the business or we may ask you to confirm that the request is yours.
What happens next
The business deletes the record from its NexFlows account. Once it is deleted, the business's staff can no longer see it.
Backup copies are replaced on a rolling cycle of about 14 days, so a deleted record can stay in a backup for up to that long.
If you work at a business that uses NexFlows
To remove your staff account, ask the owner or an admin at your business, who can remove your access. You can also email [email protected] with the subject "Data deletion request". Requests about a website enquiry you sent us go to the same address.
If you connected a Facebook Page
An admin connects the business's Facebook Page under Settings, then Facebook, in NexFlows. NexFlows keeps the Page's name and an access token, stored encrypted, so that Facebook can send the Page's new leads to the business.
- Disconnect in NexFlows. The Disconnect button on that screen deletes the stored token and the link to the Page, and new leads stop arriving.
- Remove the app in Facebook. You can also remove the NexFlows app from the Business Integrations section of your Facebook or Meta Business settings.
- Leads already received stay in the business's NexFlows account until the business deletes them.
Other requests about your data
To ask what data is held about you, to have it corrected, or to withdraw your consent, see Your rights and how to ask in the privacy policy.
